What stays in the app

NOW is a scene-based audio app. In this version, audio and artwork are bundled with the app and no account is required. NOW stores sounds you save, recent plays, playback records, saved co-creation answers and optional notes, and bedtime, appearance and language preferences in app data on your iPhone.

If local data cannot be read, the app may keep a local recovery copy to explain or investigate the issue. The relevant in-app deletion controls are designed to remove that activity data and its recovery copy.

Uploads and sharing

The current version of NOW does not upload those records to a NOW server and does not include an analytics or advertising SDK. When you choose to share a saved co-creation answer through the iOS share sheet, the destination you select receives the question, selected answers and any saved note, and handles that text under its own practices.

iPhone backups

iPhone backups may include app data according to your device settings. NOW does not provide its own cloud backup or cross-device sync and does not control existing device backups. Deleting data inside NOW does not by itself erase an existing device backup.

Your controls and retention

Activity data remains in the app until you delete it under My → Data on this iPhone or delete the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. Delete all local activity data covers saved sounds, recent plays, playback records and co-creation answers. Appearance, language and the next bedtime default remain as settings. The app reports a deletion failure instead of claiming success.

Visits to this website

This privacy and support website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes IP addresses, requests and other technical network information to deliver and protect the website. These pages include no analytics scripts, advertising, forms or third-party fonts. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to attach so we can respond and address the issue. Messages are handled through Microsoft Outlook and stored in the support mailbox, separately from data inside the app. Please send only information needed to explain the issue. You can use the address below to ask about or request deletion of support messages; in-app deletion does not delete email. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for its practices.

Policy updates

If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. This policy covers the current features described above.
